Children & Teens

We specialise in working with children, teenagers and their families.

We know that positive mental health is important in assisting children to learn more effectively, develop positive relationships and enjoy their everyday experiences.

Positive mental health and wellbeing in childhood provides a firm foundation for the future. We aim to assist parents understand and support healthy emotional, social, cognitive and physical growth in their children and provide families practical strategies to overcome challenges.

Adolescence is a time of significant change and growth. We know that this can be challenging for adolescents as they begin to reflect on their sense of identity and move towards developing autonomy and independence from parents.

At InPsync Psychology we take into consideration the physical, emotional and social changes occurring during this stage of development in order to work together with adolescents to maximise their potential for growth, happiness and achievement.
