Adolescence is a time of significant change and growth. We know that this can be challenging for adolescents as they begin to reflect on their sense of identity and move towards developing autonomy and independence from parents.

Family Counselling can be useful in assisting families to work through relationship dynamics and conflict to enhance relationships. Issues that may bring a family to therapy could include:

  • Learning difficulties can have a significant impact on a child’s ability to learn, their enjoyment of school and their self-esteem. We are able to provide a comprehensive assessment which can assist in identifying a child’s academic strengths and difficulties, behavioural difficulties and developmental issues. This assessment takes into consideration:
